Our Team

Philip M. Vannucci

Attorney and Mediator

Philip earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and law degree from the University of the Pacific. He has practiced law for over three decades throughout Northern California, focusing on civil litigation, family law and estate planning, and serves as president of the Mendocino County Family Law Bar. While still actively litigating cases, he is trained and experienced in mediation and collaborative law.

Brian Momsen

Brian Momsen was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 after earning his degree from UC Santa Barbara in 1988 and his law degree from the University of the Pacific. He handles complex civil litigation and trials throughout Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, and Humboldt Counties, with experience in real estate disputes, administrative law, and easement and water law. He has served as a judge pro tem for the Mendocino County Superior Court and has mediated numerous real estate disputes.

Colin W. Morrow

Attorney and Mediator

Colin W. Morrow has practiced in Mendocino County since 2013, handling civil litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant, land use, commercial, and probate matters, as well as estate planning. He earned his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 2012 and a degree in Biology from Reed College in 2006. He serves on the board of Tapestry Family Services and previously served on the City of Ukiah Architectural and Historic Review Board.
